At GreenCore Health, your satisfaction and safety are our top priority. Due to the personal nature of supplements and wellness equipment, we have a strict policy to ensure safety for all customers.
- We accept returns only on unopened, unused items, in their original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@greencorehealth.store with your order number.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not able to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
